Graphic Jam Logos
The Graphic Jam logo was driven by the name -- which is a play on the words "traffic jam". I thought of using a saxophone to denote a musical jam, but liked what happened when I scanned (before digital cameras) a strawberry and "jammed" it in the corner. I still use this version for my business cards - but I needed more versatile layouts - hence the versions. I think I will try to jam it into a jar next. People like the name, and the strawberry is beautiful - but don't know what it means. I belong to the credo that a logo's job is to differentiate and identify and not tell what you do. After I scanned the strawberry, I ate it -- so it's true in business too, you are what you eat.
